The camera says "Step into frame" and can't see me
Place your iPhone on the floor or prop it 1.5 to 2.5 metres (5 to 8 feet) away so your full body — head to feet — is visible inside the frame. Make sure the room has reasonable light or allow the screen's front fill-light border to illuminate your silhouette. Baggy blankets or clothing matching a dark wall can also make joints harder to distinguish.
How does the 60-second Roommate Mute window work?
As soon as your alarm rings and you tap Start Mission, the siren mutes immediately for 60 seconds so you can step into frame and complete your push-ups or squats without waking your partner or roommates. If no movement is detected before the timer runs out, the siren resumes.
Do you store or upload my camera footage?
No. Pose detection runs 100% locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device Vision framework. No video or photo frame is ever saved to disk or sent anywhere. Read the Privacy Policy for the full technical breakdown.
Why did my alarm re-ring after snoozing?
Emergency Snooze gives you a strict 60-second grace period (for example, Snoozed for 60s! Re-rings at 10:37:03). The alarm is only disarmed for the morning once your required mission reps reach completion.
I deleted the app or switched phones and lost my streak
Your alarm schedules, morning rarity history, and streaks are stored purely locally on your device. Because Wakke has no user accounts and no cloud server by design, deleting the app permanently erases local progress and we have no server copy to restore.
How do I manage or cancel a Pro subscription?
Open Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future automatic renewals, and you will keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. If you purchased the Lifetime Founder tier, it is a one-time purchase and never renews.
How do I restore a Pro or Lifetime purchase?
Open the app, go to the paywall or settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases using the same Apple ID you used when buying.
